Ward 11 -

When a man has the most extreme stomach pain, he collaspes and has appendicitis surgery. Complications start to emerge and he is moved to Ward 11 - The Difficult Decisions Unit.

As he starts to speak to his ward nurse (a man in all black), it starts to become clear this is more than a new ward he has been placed on, but a holding place for those stuck between life and death. He tells his achievements, and regrets and the battles he has faced.

As his fate is to be down in theatre, he is portered across a young child being beamed up and the mother disposed below.

As he enters theatre, the surgical doctors welcomes him and says it shouldn't take long. As his eyes become heavy, his body sinks into darkness with just a golden beam of light slowly fading from sight.

Bath bomb-

After finding a bath bomb that is thought to be a gift, they use it to relax only to form another version of themselves. 

Unaccidental-

When visiting a graveyard and seeing an interesting accidental death tombstone, a ghost says it wasn't accident before the killer strikes again.

Charity worker-

After saying no to a very specific charity appeal, it seems if worker is hellbent on not taking no for an answer

Home alone- 

After having the house to themselves, it seems a games night isnt work the plan turns out to be.
