Jingle all the way is best described as 'that Christmas movie with bad acting', but can this be forgiven in the place for an experience that will leave you smiling.
While it's obvious that Arnold Schwarzenegger isn't going to win any Oscars for this performance, what is offered here is some holiday laughs that last a lifetime. In a drastic turn around in roles, Schwarzenegger will adopt the comedy persona, but how well does this work in the context of the movie? It really feels like he's trying too hard to be funny, and it's obvious that he's not really fit for comedy. However as a father figure he plays this really well as we see this with his relationship to his son, who he constantly let's down due to working, and has to pull something out the bag to win him over.
